Biergarten Reservations

Join us any Thurs-Saturday night 5:00pm-11:00pm and get up two complimentary tables.

All Food and Beverage must be purchased on site. You may bring in a cake or cupcakes for birthday celebrations.  No Rain Back up unless Barn is open to the public that evening.  You may also set up a bar tab under your account or each pays own.

Reservation Fee is non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 30 days of original date.

No Fake Flower Petals, Glitter, Confetti, Confetti Balloons, Cascarones or
Individually Wrapped Candy is permitted on Premises.

Private Events

Shotsies Barn + Barnyard + Serving Room

Rental Includes: Barn and Barnyard Venue, 10 Picnic Tables, 8 Redwood Tables and Benches, Standing Wine Barrels, Air-Conditioned Serving Room for Buffet, and Catering workspace.  Access to Water, Ice and Prep Area.  Not to include stove.    On-site Staff, Sound System & Mic (Bluetooth playlists and Announcements Only), Misting System, Fans and Heaters or Porto Coolers as weather requires.   Rental does NOT include the Biergarten area.  The Biergarten/Bar will remain open to the public Thursday-Saturday 5:00pm-11:00pm and is not available to rent during these hours.

Beverage Options

  • Welcome Beverage Station $50

    2 gallons of Fresh Squeezed Lemonade. 2 gallons of Freshly Brewed Iced Tea. 2 gallons of Water. Cups, Ice and Sugar.
    Replenishment of Iced Tea is $10 /Gallon and Lemonade is $15.00 /Gallon

  • Hot Chocolate & Cider Station $60

    2 Gallons of Hot Chocolate . 2 Gallons of Warm Apple Cider.
    Accompanied by Candy Cane Pieces, Cinnamon Sticks, Shaved Chocolate, Miniature Marshmallows,   Chili Powder, Whip Cream .
    Refills $18 /Gal lon

Adult Beverages

 

All Beer, Wine and Soft drinks must be purchased through Schattenbol.  You may have a Hosted Bar or a Cash Bar.  A 20% Service Charge will be added to All Hosted Bar Balances at the end of the night.  ABSOLUTELY NO Underage drinking will be permitted.  NO OUTSIDE ALCOLHOL of ANYKIND is permitted on premises during private parties.  All of our Beer is served in Glass Bottles.  We do not have a Keg/ Draft option. 

Drinks by the gallon are required to be served behind the bar by a bartender.

Actual Event Hours May Not Exceed 4 hours

All events to end at 11:00pm Fri/Sat.  Events Sun-Thurs to end by 10pm. 

Catering

You may bring in an outside caterer of your choice.  ALL FOOD MUST COME Prepared and Ready to SERVE!!  Customer is Responsible for providing all serving utensils, plates, and silverware.  All leftover food must be removed the night of the event.  Our kitchen may not be used to cook or warm items.    

Beverage

All Beer, Wine and Soft drinks must be purchased through Schattenbol.  You may have a Hosted Bar or a Cash Bar.  A 20% Service Charge will be added to All Hosted Bar Balances at the end of the night.  Hosted Bars are eligible for a 10% discount with a minimum tab of $500.  ABSOLUTELY NO Underage drinking will be permitted.  NO OUTSIDE ALCOLHOL of ANYKIND is permitted on premises during private parties. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Client is responsible for set-up/ tear-down if something other than the standard set is required.
  • Any rented tables and chairs must be folded and stacked for pick up or put back in our barn.
  • All Trash Put in Trash Cans
  • Food to be out for serving for a maximum of 1.5 hours. 
    Kitchen to be cleaned up no later than 10pm if you are bringing in your own food.
  • All Set up and Teardown Must remain within your rented time or be charged $100 per hour extra.  If you rental time is 6-11 please put the end time on your invite to be 10:30pm so you have time to clean up.
  • Barn, Kitchen and Serving Area should be swept.
  • Wiped Down:  All Countertops, Tables and Benches should be wiped down at the end of the event.
  • Kitchen Sink should be cleaned out and no food in drain.
  • NO GREASE SHOULD EVER BE POURED DOWN THE DRAIN.
  • No Fake Flower Petals, Glitter, Confetti, Confetti Balloons, Cascarones or Individually Wrapped Candy is permitted on Premises. 

To confirm your reservation, you sign a contract and pay ½ your venue fee as a non-refundable deposit that goes towards your final balance.  Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event.

We want to support small local businesses as well but have limited spaces for the retail and food/catering category. We are no longer accepting MLM businesses.
